Centennial Heart in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Cardiovascular Technician to provide clinical expertise for high-quality care. You will interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal physician supervision. This full-time day-shift role emphasizes teamwork and precise device management.

This position supports device troubleshooting, documentation in the EMR, and coordinating follow-up appointments, with a strong focus on patient care and accuracy in billing disclosures.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related science.
• 5+ years of analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemakers or AICDs or a current Cardiac Device Technology Certification.
• Experience documenting device analysis in EMR with minimal physician supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal physician supervision.
• Troubleshoot critical device issues and take immediate steps toward resolution.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding device status and document analysis in EMR for review.
• Ensure charges are accurately captured for device interrogation.
• Schedule patients for device follow-up in EMR and remote portal; contact no-show patients to reschedule.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays

Seeking a Cardiovascular Technician for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In This Role

• You will interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal physician supervision
• You will troubleshoot critical device issues and take immediate steps toward resolution
• You will collaborate with physicians regarding device status and accurately document device analysis in EMR for review
• You will ensure charges are accurately captured for device interrogation
• You will schedule patients for device appointment follow up in EMR and remote website including immediate/urgent contact with "no show" patients to ensure they are rescheduled

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relatable science program is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemaker and AICD’s OR a current and unrevoked Cardiac Device Technology Certification from a recognized device training school
