You will perform interrogations, reprogramming, and remote monitoring of pacemakers, defibrillators, ANDR devices, coordinating care with EP physicians across Wake Forest Baptist Health Cardiology locations.
You will manage the device queue, document care, educate patients, and assist with clinical trials, while ensuring accurate billing and data integrity in patient records.

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years' experience or successful completion of a formalized arrhythmia training program preferred.
ACLS required. BHRE Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) preferred.
Good oral, written, listening and interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) vendors and devices Proficient computer skills and electronic management of medical records Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care Flexibility with work schedule, possible work from home to maintain scheduled patient follow-up during inclement weather Time management skills
