Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Certification requirements as per setting (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Cardiology experience preferred (ECG, Tele Unit, CV ICU, Cath Lab or related).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with computer software and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate implanted devices and monitor patient response to therapy.
• Document device settings changes and triage remote transmissions.
• Address remote transmissions and alert management per physician orders.
• Maintain the Device Clinic Database and ensure data accuracy.
• Educate patients, providers, and staff on device function and care.
• Support compliance and action plans for device recalls or advisories.
