Job summary

Crossvine Recruiting seeks a Clinical Specialist in the Greater Nashville Area for cardiac device education and sales support. The role involves clinical support of advanced surgical tech used in OR, Cath-lab, ICU, and anesthesia.

You will partner with the sales team to drive adoption with surgeons and hospital staff. The position targets candidates with 2+ years hospital clinical experience and familiarity with CVOR/ICU/Cath Lab environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience
• Experience working with physicians
• Knowledge of equipment used in patient monitoring in surgery, cath lab, ICU
• Clinical background in CVOR/ICU/Cath Lab preferred
• Ability to educate and train teams
• Ability to partner with sales team to drive the sales process

Responsibilities

• Clinical support of advanced surgical technology in hospital settings
• Help drive adoption of new technology
• Support the sales team with case coverage, education, and clinical support
• Partner with the sales representative to advance the sales process with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
