Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Part Time Clinical Consultant to provide case support, patient management, and education for new and existing accounts within a designated client Franchise/Region. The role emphasizes ventricular medical device knowledge and hands-on clinical support in settings such as ICU, OR, and Cath Lab.

Responsibilities include on-call case support, rounds, and collaboration with the Clinical Support Center, with some travel and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• RN/APP license strongly preferred or relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with a strong clinical background in CICU/CVICU/CVOR or Cath Lab required; CVICU experience highly preferred.
• Significant experience with ventricular medical devices (minimum 10 cases/patients supported).

Responsibilities

• Acquire and demonstrate working knowledge of products/therapies and understand their applications.
• Improve patient outcomes by delivering ventricular medical device education in ICU, OR, and Cath Lab.
• Provide ventricular medical device case support, including on-call support.
• Complete proactive rounds for patients receiving support and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Support Center for ongoing support as necessary.
• Maintain clinical competency in current product line and patient management through continual learning.
• Some travel may be needed.
