Job summary

TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital seeks a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist to join a high-acuity cardiac/thoracic CVOR team. You will support surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff, lead tray/card updates, and mentor newer CSTs and RNs in a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology; non-accredited accepted if hired before 2019.
• BLS certification required.
• Surgical Technologist certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical skills and assists surgeons, anesthesia personnel, RNs, and others in the CVOR.
• Leads by updating cards and trays and mentors CSTs and RNs in CVOR operations.
• Maintains safety and a professional, high-stress collaboration with the team.
