Job summary

Advocate Christ Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for CVICU coverage. The role supports critical care patients during 7p–7a shifts, with a 36-hour work week and a competitive pay range.

Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, IL RN license, BSN preferred, and current AHA CPR. Responsibilities include direct patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current IL RN license.
• BSN required; certification in specialty area as eligibility allows.
• Current AHA CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Professional RN, provide nursing care to patients within CVICU.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality patient care.
• Assist in evacuation readiness and adhere to safety protocols as needed.
