Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at our cardiovascular center. You will select exposure factors, algorithms, and scan fields based on patient age and diagnosis to produce precise images and support radiologists during invasive examinations.

The role requires CT licensure in Connecticut, ARRT CT certification within 12 months of hire, and graduation from an accredited radiography program.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT licensure in CT Radiologic Technologist issued by the CT Department of Public Health.
• ARRT CT certification required within 12 months of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans according to established protocols.
• Assist with complex invasive procedures using sterile techniques.
• Produce technically accurate images to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and radiologists during procedures.
