Qualifications

  • Must be registered with A.R.R.T. or registry eligible.

Get to Know Your Team:

  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains patient safety.
  • Transportation of patients to and from the department.
  • Handling telephone scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
  • Responsible for calling the physician with the report of the exam.
  • Must be able to start an IV line to administer contrast fluid.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions.
  • Will participate in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Will assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day to day operation of the department.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • 2 year/ Associate Degree
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (A.R.R.T.) or be registry eligible
  • If registry eligible upon hire, must become registered within one year of employment and maintain their registry while employed.
  • BLS Certification
  • 1 - 3 years as a Radiological Technologist
  • 1 year minimum as a CT Technologist w/Cardiac general CT and CTA

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Advanced certification in CT
