Job summary

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking a PRN CRNA/AA to join the cardiac anesthesia team. Requires GA licensure, COA-accredited nurse anesthesia training, and NBCRNA certification. Cardiac experience in EP or Cath Lab is preferred to support a robust program.

The role involves anesthesia care across perioperative settings with strong teamwork, patient safety focus, and adherence to facility policies. AA option available with NCCAA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license and compliance with GA CRNA regulations.
• Graduate of a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification/recertification.
• Cardiac EP or Cath Lab experience.
• Insurable by malpractice insurer for required limits.
• Demonstrates clinical competency.
• Ability to function as CRNA in facility setting.
• Operate and interpret anesthesia equipment and perioperative care to support patient safety.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clinical staff.
• Knowledge of growth and development across lifespan.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control techniques.
• Maintain confidential records.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• One year experience preferred.
• NCCAA certification preferred for AA.
