Cape Fear Valley Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on clinical rounding, medication order evaluation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed Pharmacist by North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP) required or eligible.
• Board Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient medication order evaluation for dosing, interactions and compatibilities.
• Prepare and dispense medication orders per physician request per policies.
• Develop rounding schedules to provide clinical pharmacy services as part of the medical team.
• Precept, mentor, and train residents and students; supervise co-workers.
