Duties

Demonstrates strong knowledge of cardiac, vascular, respiratory, and renal physiology/pathology, ECG interpretation, cardiac medications, and common cardiac conditions.
Monitors and assists in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
Responds appropriately to lethal arrhythmia and cardiac arrest situations using ACLS standards and advanced resuscitation skills.
Operates, prepares, and maintains Cath Lab equipment and supplies, including advanced devices (atherectomy, extraction, IVUS, Doppler).
Provides staff training, participates in special projects/committees, and upholds medical ethics in all Cath Lab practices.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills including communication, teamwork, respect, and sensitivity, following facility standards.
Possesses personal qualities such as flexibility, initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to diversity.
Capable of meeting physical demands of the role, including working in sterile environments, wearing lead aprons, lifting, and moving patients with team assistance.
