Job summary

NURSES Etc STAFFING in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to provide expert care in cardiac procedures. Candidates must complete an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Technologist Certification program and have at least three years of experience in Cardiac Catheterization.

The position offers competitive pay based on experience, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, and includes an on-call rotation. Additionally, health benefit options and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' professional Cardiac Catheterization experience.
• Must have worked full time (greater than 36hrs/week) as a professional Cardiac Catheterization Technologist for at least 30 months in the last 36 months.
• Must hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree/Education: Completion of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Technologist Certification (RCVT) program.
• Equivalency Determination Request: The Contractor may not request an equivalency determination as a substitute for education requirements in this labor category.
• Experience: The technologist must have a minimum of three years’ professional Cardiac Catheterization experience. The technician must have worked full time (greater than 36hrs/week) as a professional Cardiac Catheterization Technologist for at least 30 months in the last 36 months.
• Certifications (in addition to Basic Life Support identified in paragraph 1.5.45.6.): The Contract Worker must hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification must be through either American Red Cross or American Heart Association guidelines. Members must present proof of current certification(s) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association to be presented on first day of work. Computer-based training does not constitute fulfilling the training requirements.
