Job summary

BIOTRONIK CRC Inc. USA in Tustin, CA is seeking a Catheter Technician to produce medical catheters through precision assembly in an ISO-certified cleanroom. You will work from schematics and use microscopes, calipers and soldering tools to assemble catheter components and perform in-process testing.

The role demands meticulous quality control, adherence to GMP standards, and timely documentation of production activities. Second shift 2:30pm–11:00pm, onsite with limited travel; 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related technical experience.
• Working knowledge of catheter assembly techniques and equipment.
• Intermediate assembly, test, and troubleshooting skills for catheter components.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISO-certified cleanroom catheter production operations.
• Assemble cardiac catheters from schematics and drawings.
• Use microscopes and precision tools for assembly and testing.
• Conduct functional tests and document results.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain cleanroom standards.
• Maintain production records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adhere to safety policies.
