Dignity Health's Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will perform thorough assessments, implement patient care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Required CA RN licensure and BLS/ACLS, with a minimum of 6 months in telemetry, emergency, cath lab, critical care, or related cardiovascular settings.

Formación

• Current and Active CA Registered Nurse licensure.
• AHA Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Responsabilidades

• Provides effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes and acts as a patient advocate.
• Completes patient assessments and identifies needs across physical, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, educational and discharge planning needs.
• Creates an individualized plan of care and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Implements interventions based on nursing and medical plans of care and adapts care to age-specific needs.
• Reassesses the patient after interventions and updates the plan of care accordingly.
• Recognizes and responds to changes in a patient’s condition in a timely, clinically appropriate manner.
