St. David's North Austin Medical Center in Round Rock, TX, is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our advanced cath lab team. You will assist physicians during lifesaving cardiac procedures, educate patients and families, and ensure precise treatment with state-of-the-art technology.

The role emphasizes high standards of patient care, teamwork, and a commitment to safe, compassionate service across procedures such as angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography or RCIS certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure high-quality care.
• Safeguard a sterile, safe environment while advocating for every patient.
