Reston Hospital Center in Reston, VA is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team delivering lifesaving cardiac procedures with physicians and skilled staff.

You will assist with complex procedures like angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements, ensure patient comfort and safety, and operate advanced cath lab equipment while maintaining sterile environments. This role also requires ACLS/BCLS within 30 days and RCIS within 1 year, with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RCIS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment.
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care.
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient.
