Job summary

Rock Health seeks a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a hospital setting. You will prepare patients and equipment, assist physicians, and operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring tools to ensure patient safety.

The role requires ARRT/RCIS/RCES or equivalent certifications, BLS/ACLS, and at least one year in a Cardiac Cath Lab. Competitive benefits accompany the position in Orlando, Florida.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Preferred credentials: radiologic technologist license and additional certifications like PALS or ENPC.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and equipment, assisting physicians during procedures, operating imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring patient safety.
• Troubleshooting equipment, managing inventory, documenting procedures, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
• Assisting with interventional procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and electrophysiology studies.
• Operating specialized equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
