Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join a weekdays-only schedule, with no weekends or on-call requirements. You will assist physicians during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, prepare patients, operate advanced equipment, and monitor responses to ensure top-quality care.

Ideal candidates have ACLS/BCLS certifications and RCIS or RT credentials, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Radiologic technologist/RCIS credentialing may be required for invasive procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver safe, effective treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care.
• Maintain a sterile, safe environment and advocate for every patient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RadTherapy) Radiation Therapist
• High School Graduate / GED
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
