Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech PRN to support complex cardiac procedures in a high‑quality hospital setting. You will assist physicians, prepare patients and families, and operate advanced imaging and lab equipment to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role requires ARRT/RCIS eligibility, BCLS, and ACLS within 6 months, with a focus on patient safety and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT and Radiology Technologist license with Texas health authority
• RCIS certification or under direct supervision by licensed invasive practitioner
• Current BCLS and ACLS within 6 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures (e.g., angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements)
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures
• Operate and maintain advanced Cath Lab equipment
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion
• Maintain sterile environment and advocate for patients' safety
