Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Reg/Cert) for full-time days. The role involves assisting physicians and technologists in radiologic, hemodynamic, and therapeutic procedures, handling documentation, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

The position requires completion from an accredited CVT/RT/radiology program; RCIS or equivalent license, BLS and ACLS upon hire, and SCQRAS/LLR registrations.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion from an accredited program for CVT, RT, Paramedic, or Radiology program.
• Work experience: Prefer minimum 1 year; open to new graduates.
• Licenses/certifications: RCIS or equivalent; BLS and ACLS upon hire; Radiology Technologists must be registered by LLR and SCQRAS.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications commonly used in the Cardiovascular Lab under direct supervision of a Physician.
• Performs routine procedures per established protocol.
• Maintains radiation safety precautions and protective equipment.
• Monitors procedures using specialized equipment per protocol.
• Assists the physician in emergency responses and patient management.
