Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Reg/Cert) for full-time day shifts at Aiken Regional Medical Centers in South Carolina. The role supports physicians and technologists in radiologic and hemodynamic procedures, emphasizing patient safety and accurate documentation.

Requires completion from an accredited program, RCIS eligibility, and BLS/ACLS certification on hire; open to new grads with solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Completion from an accredited CVT/RT/Paramedic or Radiology program.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of experience; open to new graduates.
• Must hold RCIS or equivalent license to be eligible for CCI RCIS exam; BLS certified, ACLS certified upon hire.
• Radiology Technologists must be registered by LLR and SCQRAS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in radiologic, hemodynamic, and therapeutic procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and document patient data.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper use of protective gear.
• Assist in patient transport and charting; ensure chart education is recorded.
• Participate in on-call duties and safety trainings.
