Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals in Texas seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician for a full-time day shift. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, operating equipment and ensuring patient safety throughout the case.

Responsibilities include hemodynamic/ECG monitoring, scrub duties, contrast injections, accurate documentation, and coordinating schedules with the team. Allied health degree and relevant certifications required; call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Degree or three years Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Current BLS from AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• RCIS or ARRT certification (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring and interpret data.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic and interventional CV procedures; prep of supplies and sterile field.
• Inject contrast media and medications as directed.
• Document procedures and patient information per policy.
• Coordinate procedure scheduling as assigned.
• Assist with inventory control per supervisor instructions.
• Support organizational mission, vision, and values.
