Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Dallas is seeking a cardiovascular lab professional to scrub or monitor data under a physician's direction for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.

You will help prepare the procedure room, monitor instrument levels, and participate in department meetings and staff training. Previous cardiovascular lab experience and an RCIS/ARRT-R path are preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) required at hire and kept current.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.
• ARRT-R and RCIS licensure preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training with invasive cardiology emphasis preferred.
• Prior cardiovascular lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing or monitoring data under physician supervision in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure the procedure room is prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor par levels of instruments; participate in staff meetings and training.
• Assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
