Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Cath Lab Prep & Recovery Units serving Gainesville and Braselton campuses. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary rounds, and participate in quality and safety initiatives within a dynamic cardiovascular care team.

Ideal candidates have an ADN/ Diploma with at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• ADN or Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• BSN preferred licensure or certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on shift.
• Participate in PNGC councils and Nursing Quality Teams as appropriate.
• Lead and mentor in clinical leadership development and seek feedback for improvement.
• Support recruitment and retention of a strong nursing team.
