Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center in Hemet, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab on a part-time, day shift (12-hour) schedule. Under supervision, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in acute and non-acute settings, support physicians, and coordinate care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), California RN license, BLS, and has the ability to handle emergencies with sound clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• New graduates welcome for non-specialty units.
• 1 year acute care RN experience for specialty units (ICU/ER/OR etc.).
• Current California RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
• Float to units based on patient care needs.
