Job summary

Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, seeks an RN Specialist to coordinate nursing care in Radiology under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Provides patient-centered care, collaborates with physicians and technologists, and supports diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as an RN in Ohio.
• Minimum two years medical/surgical nursing experience; radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care with emphasis on patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Assesses and coordinates care for an assigned patient group with family involvement.
• Communicates findings to the care team in a timely manner and documents outcomes.
• Assists physicians/technologists during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
