Qualifications

• Current state of Illinois Registered Nursing License.
• CPR and ACLS within 3 months.
• PALS for PACU and ED within 3 months.
• Within 1 year from hire, enroll in BSN program.
• ADN RNs hired after 10/22/2020 must obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Prior to leveling to RN2, RN must show consistent proficient performance.
