UT Health East Texas seeks a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) in Tyler, TX. The role focuses on professional nursing care in the Cath Lab, assisting Cardiologists during procedures and ensuring patient safety across adult and geriatric populations.

On-call availability is required with a 30-minute lab arrival time. Active Texas RN license, BLS within 14 days, and ACLS certification are mandatory.

Competenze

• Must maintain current Texas RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide and direct patient care using the nursing process for adults and geriatrics.
• Assist Cardiologist with cardiac catheterization procedures and related studies/interventions.
• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab with imaging and ionizing radiation.
• On-call requirement; respond to the lab within 30 minutes; perform direct patient care during procedures.
