Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Waterloo is seeking a Day Shift RN to join the Cath Lab/EP lab team. You will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures and cross-train into the EP lab, supporting patient care from admission through discharge.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, supervising LPNs and PCAs, and coordinating with physicians and families. On-call duties apply, with 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. shifts and 1.0 FTE in days.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Cardiac experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
