Applicants must be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program within six months of hire, with graduation on or before the third employment anniversary.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required.
• Dysrhythmia certification required.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Cath Lab experience preferred.
• One-year clinical experience in specialty area for per diem positions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of health problems.
• Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations as prescribed by a licensed invasive cardiologist using radiation-producing equipment.
• Serves adult and geriatric patients within established departmental guidelines.
