Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio seeks an experienced registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process. You will collect data, identify priorities, plan and evaluate care, and coordinate patient teaching with the health team.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer medications safely, and participate in quality improvement while upholding Mercy Health policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• BLS certification or Basic Life Support preferred.
• Current state nursing license required.
• Associate or higher degree in nursing and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment and plan of care in collaboration with care team.
• Administer medications safely according to state practice and policies.
• Coordinate care and act as contact for patient coordination across departments.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
