Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license (WI or compact state) is required.
• 1–2 years Cath Lab experience preferred; cardiac/interventional procedures desirable.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Cerner system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, IR procedures, TEEs, ECVs, tilt table tests, pacemaker and ICD placements, and internal recorder insertions.
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation, as per protocol.
• Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes.
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety standards.
• Accurately document patient care and procedures in electronic records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
