Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registration and Oregon Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assists physician during cases while operating fluoroscopy and ultrasonography in the Cardiac Cath Lab, cross-training to other areas.
• Prep patient and supplies under sterile conditions; scrub in and assist with procedures.
• Accurately obtains x-rays for exams while ensuring patient safety.
• Operates automatic injectors and selects contrast agent under physician direction.
• Collaborates with staff to provide patient care during examinations.
• Maintains and coordinates equipment use, reports malfunctions, and coordinates borrowing as needed.
• Work independently on-call with department physicians and nurses.
