Job summary

The Cardiac Services Technologists Manager at Methodist Celina Medical Center in Celina, TX oversees the Cath Lab and related personnel, ensuring safe, efficient daily operations, bed coordination, and timely communication with physicians.

Primary duties include scheduling, on-call rosters, improving room turnover, coordinating transfers from ER, staff orientation and annual competencies, and promoting a collaborative team focused on patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licensed RCIS and graduate from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 accountability for Cardiology Services and Interventional Radiology.
• Coordinate scheduling of personnel and on-call rosters.
• Ensure coordination of daily workflow and efficient room turnover.
• Facilitate patient transfers to the Cath Lab from the ER or other facilities.
• Coordinate inpatient bed assignments for Cath patients and maintain open communication with physicians regarding procedure start times and delays.
• Assist with staff orientation, performance evaluations, ongoing education and annual competencies.
