The Kansas City VA Healthcare System is recruiting for one Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager. The RN-Assistant Nurse Manager will operate within the Specialty Care Nursing Service, delivering leadership and professional nursing care in collaboration with Patient Aligned Care Teams in Primary Care and other services.

This role requires English proficiency, RN licensure in the United States, and completion of an approved nursing program.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by ACEN or CCNE; OR individuals in master's bridge program with coursework equivalent to BSN; may be appointed temporarily upon licensure and later converted to permanent.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia; GNT exception for temporary appointment while pursuing licensure.
