Job summary

Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab on a PRN basis in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will perform physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation in the cath lab while ensuring patient safety throughout invasive cardiac procedures.

Ideal candidates hold a CA nursing license with ACLS and BCLS, and have 1–2 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related interventional setting; CCRN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CA Nursing License required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
• CCRN preferred.
• Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• AA Degree; BSN or BA preferred.
• 1–2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or related interventional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during and after invasive cardiac procedures.
