Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice; compact license or temporary licensure accepted.
• BLS and ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and physicians.
• Administer medications and IV therapies under physician direction; monitor patient response.
• Document assessment, plan, implementation and outcomes in the patient record.
• Support education, discharge planning and continuity of care.
