The RN provides and coordinates evidence-based care across the patient care continuum, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and adheres to ANA standards and our ethics framework.

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS certification required; other advanced Life Support certifications may be required by unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Engage in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses and organizational policies.
