This is a travel-only position with strict eligibility rules, including exclusion of AZ residents and mandatory flu vaccination after submission. Shifts run 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekday/weekend call and 12- or 24-hour call on rotation.

Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Credentials:If you have RCIS, state license is not required.

Special Requests:No travel pairs or trios.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekday and weekend call, including weekday overnight and weekend 12- and 24-hour call.

Per diem experience does not count toward Banner’s 24 months of specialty experience, even if the clinician worked 32+ hours/week. Banner does not accept travel teams.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
