Vaccination requirements include COVID and Flu as described; local and travel allowed with strict cross-campus coverage expectations. Two years of experience with 3 months in the last year and proficiency with Epic are required.

Shift:

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:Adolescent and adult patient population.CTO and structural heart cases.

Shift & Scheduling:If unable to meet a 10 hr shift 4 days/week, can offer 8 hr shifts, 5 days/week, with varying start times (0730 to 1600 or 0930 to 1800).On-call required.On-call every 4 to 5 weekends.

Floating Requirements:May be required to cover cross campus department.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
