Job Overview

The Cardiac Cath Lab/IR Technologist I role is responsible for scrubbing and assisting in the performance of diagnostic cardiac and interventional radiology procedures. The role includes evaluating patient's hemodynamic status and vital signs using hemodynamic monitoring equipment and managing the image. This position is Monday through Friday with no call and no weekend rotations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Completion of a two year program of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology required.
  2. License/Certifications: Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist through the state of Maine required. Certification in Radiography with the ARRT required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. ACLS Certification preferred. CV.CT Registered preferred. Valid Driver’s license required.
  3. Experience: One year of acute care experience as an imaging technologist preferred.
