Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an Interventional Technologist for the Cardiac Cath lab in Pennington, NJ. This full-time role involves performing radiologic procedures with emphasis on safety and image optimization, while supporting physicians and staff in a dynamic clinical setting.

The position requires radiologic technology education and ARRT registration, with AHA BLS and Diagnostic Radiography License. On-call availability and basic computer skills are needed, with a commitment to high-quality

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited school of radiological technology; ARRT registered.
No previous experience required.
Holds AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification and Diagnostic Radiography License.
Basic computer skills are required.
Effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical radiology services according to standards and assist peers.
Demonstrate patient safety with guard rails, shielding, and monitoring.
Send images to PACS correctly and timely.
Maintain ALARA radiation exposure limits for patients and staff.
Assist physicians in various studies using proper radiation protection and sterile technique.
Prepare, operate, and maintain equipment per established policies.
Enter data accurately to provide pertinent information to radiologists.
