Job summary

Dignity Health - Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Cath Imaging Technologist to apply advanced cardiovascular, interventional, and specialized imaging skills in a high-volume, patient-focused environment.

You will prepare and operate imaging equipment, obtain high-quality images, monitor patient status during procedures, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure timely, accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school education required to obtain licensure and certifications.
• CA radiography license and ARRT registration required or upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Experience with cardiac cath/interventional radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
• Capture detailed images and assist physicians during interventional cases.
• Monitor patient status and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support timely diagnoses.
