Job summary

Baptist Health's Cardiovascular Unit seeks a Registered Nurse for 7p-7a, full-time nights, weekends. This Progressive Care Unit includes 15 CVI beds and 16 CVU beds; cares for patients around cardiac interventions, post-op recovery, and monitoring.

New grads encouraged; RN will assess needs, implement interventions, and maintain a care plan with strong critical thinking, supporting patients and families through their cardiac journey.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN License required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement interventions.
• Maintain nursing care plan to address patient needs.
• Provide post-operative and cardiovascular care.
• Guide patients and families through their cardiac journey with strong critical thinking.
