Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year Cardiac Critical Care experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
• BLS Provider CPR required at hire; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Perform continuous assessments using the nursing process.
• Mentor and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
