ChristianaCare’s 3W Cardiac Care Unit at Wilmington Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7p–7a) with weekends and holidays as required. The 9-bed unit specializes in short-stay cardiac care and cross-training across observation units supports diverse clinical experience.

Required: Delaware/Compact RN license, BSN preferred or a plan to obtain BSN within 3 years, at least two years of RN experience, BLS; compensation includes a pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware or Compact state.
• BSN preferred or commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum of two years RN experience.
• Acute or sub-acute care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on 3W Cardiac Care Unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Adhere to department guidelines for weekends and holidays.
