LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC invites registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to join our compassionate team in Springfield, MO. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, monitor telemetry, and coordinate care across departments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification; IV certification preferred for LPN.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various movements.
• Direct patient care on day or night shifts with rotational weekends.
• Monitoring telemetry, post-angiography, pacemaker care, and medication administration.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
