Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced RN to deliver direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and drive clinical excellence. You will support the facility's mission by upholding patient-centered care and service standards.

The role requires a BSN, Nevada RN license, ACLS/PALS/BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience (or 3 years part-time). Supervisory experience is a plus as is a commitment to continuous education and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
• Experience: 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time in acute care; 1-3 years supervisory preferred.
• Active Nevada RN license with current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments as required.

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to ensure safe, optimal health outcomes.
