Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or better required.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred Nurse Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Respond to call lights and patient/family requests promptly.
• Document and communicate patient data as directed.
